valentine's day eve
haha... well its the 13th of feb.. 1 more day to v day ppl!! haha.. well today in school was soooo boring.. i was bored down to my arse.. haha.. i thought we had a physics test coming up. but noo... so i cudnt sleep... haiz.. casey was a shock today haha... shouted at eric loh.. damn funny la.. haha...
i miss the plc of 06 already... it seemed like just yesterday that we were working for gangshow, oh how i wish we could do it again... haha... today after school, it was like.. simon, kc, me, gavin, heng and kevin sitting outside the admin room.. slacking and just plainly talking crap.. haiz.. i missed the times man..
i ve gotten closer to heng and simon.. suprisingly i've got elroi to start coming for venturing.. i dunno how much is he gonna put in.. going out for dinner tml.. haiz. i guess im going to push back my gym date till wednesday and join simon on friday.. i wonder if he can come with me on wednesday..
my left tricept doesnt seem to be healing haha..
im going to start a new routine..CARDIO haha

-cycling; 6 to 7 km; level 3; 85 to 88 rpm ..
haha... i wonder how long i will take.. den off to do some light weights and resistant training.. no more bench presses and heavy weights for now (:
just changed my mp3 songs.. so many different formats i cant play.. darnn.. what luck huh =its like i uplaoded 49 songs but only 41 got through.. haha... what the shit.. anyway.. im going to bed soon...
